In a nutshell, I would describe myself as self aware, practical, active, considerate, ambitious, and quietly determined. I enjoy being around positive, upbeat people who are intent on making the most out of life but I don't get along too well with superficial types. I'm not into the party scene and would much rather spend time with a couple of close friends or family having dinner, coffee or a day at the beach. I have an interest in health and nutrition so I try to look after myself through exercise and eating well. On the mental level I have been known to meditate and I have a strong interest in personal development.
