Hi, my name is Chris. I'm 28, I live in Suffolk Ct but will be moving to Forest Hills in May or June. I am buying an apartment there. I am first generation Greek-American and proud of it. My parents hold and have raised me with traditional Greek values but they are very American. I am an accountant and I work in Manhattan in Herald Sqaure for a Financial Services Company. I am a smart, funny, and an extroverted individual. I love my Family and my close friends who I treat like my siblings. I have an open mind but stick strong to my values and beliefs. I enjoy playing soccer to keep in shape and going to see sporting events here in NY (Yankees, Giants, Rangers). My favorite thing to do though is grab some good friends and go out to eat and drink wine at a good restaurant. I am looking for a girl who knows what the meaning of family is, who has a career and is independent. I personally think people put too much pressure on themselves and others when it comes to these dating websites. A laundry list of qualities that no one can really measure up to on paper, well at least not all of them. Also Greeks face a lot of pressure from parents/friends on meeting another Greek which is why I think it is so hard for Greeks to date Greeks these days. I don't listen to anyone when it comes to that. I just want to meet someone, Greek or not, who I enjoy being with and can communicate with on the same level. After that I think everything just works itself out
