Looking for a genuine, honest, still young at heart man who can sweep me

I am a very sincere individual with a sense of humor and still consider myself to be young at heart. I am outgoing yet still have a tendency of being shy at times. I am very dedicated and hardworking as well as very into my family and my heritage. I keep in touch with some relatives through the internet as well. I am a writer in my spare time as well as I enjoy traveling and meeting all walks of life. My background is 28 years of restaurant and the likes with a BSW and a dual Associates in Human Services & Criminal Justice. Currently taking a break from the previous fields and working in another field for now after experiencing some "burnout." I'm looking for a genuine individual who is also hard working and honest who enjoys to travel and is a Proud Fan of NYY and the Giants..I would like them to enjoy family "time" as well as I am very proud of my niece Athena and 3 nephews all named Constantinos (the Greek way-after my dad) yet named Charles Matthew, Tino & Kosta, the adopted U.S.way. I have a female dog also and I enjoy taking walks. I would like if the individual were also outgoing and unique as well. I'm not looking for a "game player" as thats history. I have been hurt before and have kept a shield around my heart since then as what I have inside of me is only reserved for that one special man who can understand,love cherish & respect me as I am the one that can understand him as well.
