Biker dude in the middle of academia

I am a relatively quiet person, who has a fun and teasing personality. If I'm in the mood I will talk practically to everybody in my path. I like to travel and talk to other patrons at coffee shops, in a futile attempt to understand society. Sometimes I am silly, but usually I carry serious conversations. I listen to people and value their opinion, I can only hope they do too. A person that could put up and keep up with me is my perfect match, a person that likes to live and is self motivated. Even though I work in academia, I dislike it when people typecast me. You could say I am a black sheep of the academic family, even though most of the younger ones are much more active than anticipated (long story short I can surprise you given the opportunity). Looking For: A person who can respect people and who commands respect. Open-minded and well mannered, wanting to have fun in life and be prepared to enjoy the good moments and the bad times in life.
